Program Overview
If you have already secured an internship site then you will need to do the following:
Step One: Fill out a Site Acquisition Form, save it and email it to your intended site supervisor. He or she can then complete and submit the form to the Internship Coordinating Office (ICO) via email.
Step Two: Complete and submit the Student Expectations form via email. This outlines your responsibilities while involved in an internship experience.
Step Three: Dowload and complete a Release Form. Submit the original signed hard-copy of this form to the ICO, located in the Center for Life Calling and Leadership, upstairs in the Student Center.
All forms must be on file with the ICO prior to your first day at the internship site.
